Single-slope Construction
Walls: 2x4 on 16" on center with 7/16" with paneled siding that comes with a 5-year warranty.
Floor: 2x4 on 12" on center with 3/4" tongue and groove OSB (Oriented Strand Board) overlay.
Roof: 2x4 or 2x6 with 1/2" OSB overlay and 40-year rolled peel and stick roofing.
Door: 2x4 construction with 3" door hinges that are hidden and "L" locking handle with a set of keys.
*HOA-friendly, can be build any height up to 8' tall to accommodate HOA regulations.
No extra fees for paint or delivery. All sheds come painted, delivered, blocked up off the ground and leveled.
